Small hotel with nice design. Excellent service and new-fashioned and freshly renovated room on the balcony. Location close enough to all the bars and restaurants, Hamilton Island and shopping facilities. A relaxing way to end my trip👌❤

It was a beautiful room and we had our own spa and the room was small yet spacious.
The fact we had to have the room almost spotless when we left.

The hotel's location is ideal, as it is situated in a peaceful area next to the ocean, away from the busy nightlife of the main street in town. the rooms are clean and well-equipped, and offer great views of the surroundings. Guests can take advantage of the outdoor pool and BBQ facilities, or use the gym and spa which are also available on site.
The hotel's internet connection is quite expensive and slow, which could be frustrating who need to stay connected.

Location - a short walk to restaurants. Spa on balcony was good.
Noise from road. No staff at reception when checking in despite sign saying they should be open. Eventually they arrived and could not find booking. Then had to call manager who took a further 15mins to arrive and finally showed up no apologies and quite unwelcoming. Not a great start to romantic getaway. Notice in room telling us we must remove rubbish everyday and on departure. Weird.
